I'm currently saving money to buy my stash so that I can make the switch to cloth!  I can't afford to cough up the entire amount at once, so I'vebeen putting a little bit aside each payday.  Hopefully, I'll be able to make the switch before the end of next month!

Let us know how it goes and feel free to PM me if you have any questions! I have convinced a few friends to switch to CD and kind of helped them along the way Smiley

We actually use gDiapers during the day. Has anyone else tried them? I love them, but they are a little more expensive than disposables, I think. They are a cross between cloth and disposable. They have a disposable insert that you can flush, toss or compost (the wet ones). A lot of people use cloth inserts in the gDiaper cover at home and the disposable inserts when they go out.

(I'm not affiliated with the company. Just a big fan. And since they are better for the environment than disposables, I tell everyone about them!)

i have them and am not a huge fan. the gdiapers i mean. every time i try to use them i clog the toilet. but since they can be thrown away, i might just do that.
what i plan to do is use the cloth during the day and stick to gdiapers or 7th generation at night and on day outings. just gotta get more gdiapers to give it a shot.

Yeah, I started tossing the gDiapers when the drought got so bad in the South. I really want to start composting the wet ones, but I haven't gotten that figured out yet.
