I started walking this past December (2009) after spending six months in an air cast. I am surprised what a difference exercise made! In four months I lost thirty pounds and wend down three sizes. I never thought I would enjoy walking but I really look forward to it! I don't listen to music, I just like to be alone with my thoughts. Any other walkers out there?
