I turned 30 in December and I cried the whole day.  I didn't want to be 30 but now I've realized it isn't so bad anymore.  I can now grow into more of an adult and maybe taken more seriously???  People think I'm 25 or so so taking me more seriously will maybe have to wait.... laughing  It's nice to be here and get to know others in my same boat.

Hey everyone!  My name is Kenyatta but I post as k.rodriguez.
I'm the crazy chic who divorced, eventually remarried a man 10 years younger than myself, and then had two more babies, not even two years apart, after not having kids for over 10 years!  I'm exhausted, overwhelmed and take 20Mg of prozac every day.  But, I'm blessed! Nice to meet yall!  Oh yeah, I'm 38 have two daughters 13 and 10 and, two sons 20 months and 3 years.  And the hubby's name is Angel but I'm mad arguing at him right now, so I'm not talking about him too much!

I cried so much the day I turned thirty five, I was sure my life was half way over and I hadn't accomplished anything!  If those logistics were anywhere near accurate, I am just twenty years away from my expiration date and feel younger today than I did at thirty-five Wink

Ok...I hate to face this, but I will be thirty in October!!! I just realized that's....four months away!! Oh, boy!! Tell me does it make you feel older or do you even realize that your 30. I'm just not looking forward, people telling me if you want more kids you better get a move on it. Before you get too old!!! I have a three year old, and that's enough for me right now. Any advice for me to look forward to!!!  jumping

Hey everyone!  Yes my hands our full!  But I have to admitt, I wouldn't have it any other way...well except for more money, a nanny, a maid, a driver, and oh, I mean yes I wouldn't have it any other way! Grin

I turned 33 in March. I'm good with it, except occasionally I take a good look at myself in the mirror and think, "when did I stop being 18?" I mean I still feel young and cool,  dancing but my 13 year old assures me that no, I most certainly am NOT.  Cry

Oh my! I've not had any of my kids inform me that I"m no longer young and cool -- maybe they're too afraid to burst my buble.  peace

I'm with you MrsBear!  Mine is "when did I lose my 24 year old fabulous self (*body) and why can't I still dance the macarena?"  Oh wait..I can--just set it to the months of the year like I learned HOORAY!   dancing Oh, and Soph is still just 3 so when I add the 1 to the 3 I'm sure the macarena will be nothing by eyerolling  Roll Eyes "moooom -don't do that in front of my friends~!"  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Sorry yaya, but I think the macarena deserved some eyerolls when people were still doing it.  laughing

I like to sing Guns and Roses really loud for my teen, she loathes "Welcome to the Jungle".
