My name is Pauline but I post as berriesweetest, which can be shortened to "berries." you pick.
anyway, I just turned 30 in december, and have an almost 1 year old baby girl. I think having her in June took the sting out of hitting the big 3-0. I didn't even blog about it.
LOL.
I am married to Sweetest, mother to Buttercup, and have two dogs, Cat and Finnigan. My family calls me The Mexican blonde, and that's probably cuz i forget where I put my keys two seconds after i put them down. Used to lose my glasses (on my face) before I got lasik.  Roll Eyes
anyway, looking forward to meeting all of you!

You pick!  Bah--LOL you are a funny one!!!!!  I love the name.  Hi Berries.  I've never heard the term Mexican blonde before.  It took me a minute to figure it out.
OK, so my name is Susie but I am posting as yayamommy.  I love the yaya sisterhood and am currently reading it again for the millionth time.  I have one little baby girl, Sophie, and an adorable hubby named Nathan.
My 30's?  WAY better than my 20's.  I love being 30-something.  Actually, I will be 35 in August and am hoping to get pregnant with #2 before the big milestone b-day.  2 is our perfect number so keep your fingers crossed.
I just started blogging last October and am in the process of transistioning to my first website.  My sister and I are kicking around the idea of starting a business so I thought I would get some practice on the whole web design thing.

Can't wait to meet everyone on the mom boards.  I am so excited these have started up.  I love message boards!

Nice to meet some other 30 something moms.  I just turned 30 in October and for some reason I had a really hard time with it.  I knew I wasn't a teenager anymore, but something about being 30 sounds so adult.  I don't know.  Did anyone else have a hard time turning 30?

I just crossed over into the thirties at 31 this year. Just two months after my third (and surprise) baby. I have a daughter, 10, son age 4 and my baby girl is 3 mos old.

I thought I would have a really hard time with it. But I decided to do something for myself. For my 30th B-day present to myself, I would loose all my baby weight. So in January I joined a Deep Tone program and changed my eating habits. By April (my bday month) I had dropped 20 pounds and was in a size 4. Of couse thee mos later I found out I was pregnant.
But it was a great gift!

i was fine with turning 30. my baby was born in june and i think that before, it mattered. after, i really didn;t care since it was all about her now  Grin and, sadly, my dad died a month before my birthday, so i think that had a lot to do with not caring about the birthday.
it;s just a number! welcome to the club!  Smiley

Hi Berries!  I agree-it's just a number.  But you want to know what I really think?  Well, here it is anyway:
"THE BEST IS YET TO COME!"  Always.  No matter what age I am--something better is on the way.  No matter how much fun, how good I looked, how many friends I have, how many sleepless nights I get, or how many diapers I have to change (while said friends are still going out for late night chats at starbucks) I have something to look forward to my best days are always in front of me.  Right till the day I die--because then comes heaven.
That's just me.  I didn't have a problem turning 30.  Let's see what happens when I turn 35 this summer!  I might be full of you-know-what!
OH, and btw I'm glad you caught the 'you pick' thing.  PUNS are always intended, right?
Your blog is not stale -- I just read a couple of posts and am looking forward to reading more.

My name is Kristie.  I'm 31, and I'm mom to three kids (5, 2 and 7 mos).  We were planning on 4, but #3 is still up 3 times a night, so I don't think he's going to get a younger sibling.  Turning 30 wasn't a big deal to me, but 31 felt much older for some reason.

Nice to meet all of you!

I just turned 33 last month. I can never remember how old I am though.  Once I hit 30 it all became a blur!

My grandmother still says she's 28.  She says ladies never leave 28. So, I'm 28; you're 28; we're all 28!  I say go with it!  Cheesy

Hello ladies  Smiley

Elisa here, 31, happily married, two lovely daughters (8 and 2).

I think my biggest problem with turning 30 is that I wanted to be in great shape when I did and wasn't  Sad
