Zucchini Souffle

2 pounds mashed cooked zucchini
1/8 pound butter
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese

Mix zucchini, butter, sour cream egg and cracker crumbs. Pour into casserole dish and top with cheese. Bate at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
