But I think if you have a TV and DVD player in more than one room in the house, workout DVDs are also a great way to exercise. You can just close the door while the family has dinner, or while baby takes a nap, or whatever spells 20 minutes of
and pop it in. I like the 10 Minute Solution workouts because you can decide how many segmants you want to do based on your level of energy and how much time you have to spare. And they have it everything: dance, Pilates, yoga, strength, kickboxing, bootcamp... I got a lot of my most recent workouts through SwapaDVD
, which is the DVD correspondent of PaperbackSwap
(which I mentioned in another post). I love those websites, whoever created them is a genius! I didn't join the CD one though, because there are additional fees for transactions I think.
