Okay, I'm having a 10 day giveaway from Aug 1-10. I'm giving away something new for each of the 10 days.  What would be the best way to list this, at contest sites to, make sure people come back each day for the new giveaway?

yeppers. I would. And just make sure to put your terms on your blog. For instance, if they need to comment each day - make sure that you close the comments for that day. And tell your readers to come back tomorrow for another chance to win.  rock on

When I run contests, I post them on message boards and submit them to the various contest sites.

I would just out line what they have to do to be entered to win. And if you are giving away a specific prize, make sure your readers know that is the winning prize. Not their choice. Just clear up any confusion that might occur.
winners picked at random, must get back to you within a certain time frame or another winner is chose, etc.
