Nerves!

I AM SOOOOO Nervous!

We filled out a mortgage application last night, and I sent it in this morning via email.  I'm working with my friends husband, so I'm a little nervous to see what he  comes back to tell us he's approved for, as well as how much our payments would be.

We really want to get out of this place!  We're living with friends in their basement, and the first month we lived here, the hot water heater flooded about daily, and its just been problem after problem after problem.  So much for them being our friends!!!

I think we're ready to grow up and be adults now. LOL  We just really don't watn to live above or below anyone, and want somewhere to call our own!!!

I HATE waiting, and its driving me nuts---I just wanna know NOW!!!

I remember those days too well, and hopefully will soon be in your shoes.  I hate where we live too, but not for the same reasons as you--(flooding  daily? and you still have your sanity???)

I'd love for you to post a picture when you get your new place!  LOVE new houses and things.  So much fun.

Thank heavens the flooding has stopped-its just other problems now. ugh!

luckily the "friends" live in a seperate part of the house...and the place is split into basically two apartments, but they are "large" and live upstairs, and it is LOUD...
still haven't heard anything from the mortgage guy, had to send him dh's divorce decree along wtih a couple other things...ughhh

well, it is never easy living with other people, they may be your own relatives, friends, or in-laws. sometimes, even when you get along well, problems still arise. and there is a feeling that you can't do what you really want to do. that's why my husband insisted in the beginning that we live on our own.

We got interesting information from the owners of the house we live in though...so that might be a good change.
