My brother said he's moving there soon.  His wife's dad lives there, and they wanna live there, I guess Smiley  I'll miss him, but he needs a change!

I am in Wisconsin ... a fellow cheesehead and lover of all things Brett Favre!  I am located in Sheboygan which is right on Lake Michigan.  It is the halfway point between Green Bay and Milwaukee, where are you?

Not anymore, but I'll always be a Wisconsin girl!  I grew up on the border of IL and lived there (except for a few years away for college) for 27 years before getting married and moving.  Almost my entire family has since migrated to Arizona and now I only have a cousin, an aunt (in IL) and an uncle left in WI.  So, despite how much I loved it, I probably won't be heading back for a long time, which is sad!  I miss the snow (but not the way below negative winters!).

I just can't quit whining about this .... it was thirty-six flipping degrees out this morning at 5:00 a.m.  Next week is Memorial Day weekend.

This is why we don't start to plant things too early.  We have to wait until August.

my mom and her family are from Door County - right on the tip of the thumb in Gillsrock.  I spent many many summers visiting up there.  There are a few of her relatives left there but many go south for the winter and have moved to a more central place in WI now.  But I think one still owns a restaurant in Fish Creek.

Susan and I know what each other look like, we are in the same city and have kids in the same tiny school.  We also hang with Outnumbered2to1 and we are waiting for her to show up here and join us.  There is safety in numbers and things get a little scarey here at night.  Wink

I'm from Wisconsin too; I live in Wisconsin Rapids. It's 52 here right now - the kids are out of school for Summer in 2 days; this surely does not feel like Summer!

Oh, your ship is so cool.  I even said that outloud to myself when I saw it, I actually said in a whispered voice, "Oh your ship is so cool."

Girl, you totally got your ship together.  I've got to go post that as acomment over by you!

Thanks so much; ship building is very difficult - I was relieved when I finally got my ship together!  laughing
