My five year old son has had a really bad experience in kindergarten summer school. I wrote a blog post about it and am really wanting feedback.     please

My big question to you is, is Monkey complaining about the teacher or does he think she is nice. Is he having fun is school.
I did not like my older daughters kindergarten teacher but when I would ask her she loved her and was having a great time in school and I decided to butt out and she had a great year.
Some teachers are set in their ways and they just do dopey things but if she is not really picking on your son then maybe you should let it go or even pop over to the school and watch her in action. That is also a good thing to do.
If your son likes her try not to let him know that you do not like her because it will change his mind.
Hope this helped a little.
I am the mom of 5 girls and have seen a lot of stuff if you need help with anything else let me know or check out the website and my blog listed below.

I left you a looooonnnggg comment on your blog, but the gist of it was this:

Get him away from that woman's negativity as soon as possible and if you have to change schools do so.
A similarly judgemental teacher made Wren's first year of kindy very difficult and she is only now (2 years later) happy at school.
It had a Huge effect on her confidence, which had been pretty good before then.

Wishing you the best of luck!  Smiley
