I've read through the newbies folder a few times and love the suggestions -- thank you! I'm trying to sign up with Payperpost, but they won't approve me because "it does not appear to be indexed through major search engines. Please correct this and then you may feel free to resubmit it and I will be glad to review it again."

How do I correct this so I can participate?

Hmmm thats weird...
It took like a month to get accepted, and I just did my first post the other day.

Sorry that I'm not sure what this "error" means, but hope you get it figured out!!!

Welcome to the board too!!!

If you go here:

http://www.submitexpress.com/submit.html

You can submit your URL for free to the major search engines.  It's very easy.  Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.

Basically- you get paid for writing posts for them.  PPP finds advertisers who want posts written and then PPP finds bloggers who are willing to write the posts.  I've been using them since December and have always been paid for everything I have written, so they are legit.

I worked with them for over a year.. they are indeed legit.  I recommend you read their TOS and become familiar with it. Visit their forum and browse it. Pretty much every question can be answered over there.   After my blogs, I had 4 in the system, were hit hard in the PR butt kicking, not many opps were available and my desire to continue dropped. It can be a very fun thing, so if they don't accept your blog and you are really wanting to get in, make sure to read their TOS and see what you can do to get your blog in... they have it all outlined there.

I've been with PPP in february and since then I've made about $1200.  It does take persistence, but it gets easier and easier.  And after my blog got PR ranking, it got easier and easier....

The slowness comes and goes throughout the day....

If anyone signs up and wants help, just let me know...send me a PM or email me at allaboutkimberly AT gmail DOT com.

You don't know... that is supposed to be what makes it fair- no one knows when they are going to add the new opps.

They do tend to be semi predictable though...I haven't watched lately, but I took 2 or 3 days early in the summer and wrote down every time I noticed several drops happening....Looked at the pattern and they were releasing them at the same time each day....

I don't remember the times except for one was at 11 pm....with school back in session I don't have time to watch it that close.

They do get predictable sometimes... then when you think you've got it figured it they change things up again.

But, once they do start to add new opps or if this system is running slow- then you know you should watch for a while so you can try to grab an opp before they are all taken.

They don't accept brand new blogs, but relatively new....I think 30 days?  You can look in their terms to make sure.
