We've talked about this here many times. There have been threads dedicated to various ways to make money from blogging. There have been suggestions as to what is best, what is a scam and so forth. Somehow the threads seem to morph into other things, take on a life of their own, etc.

So I thought I'd start a new thread to ask this question:

If you have monetized your blog (or website, twitter account, whatever) in any way (AdSense, Pay Per Post, etc) what is THE #1 money maker for you? What do you recommend for people (not me) who are trying to make money via their blog/online presence? Tell us about it. What is legitimate? Easy to start? Etc.
I get asked this question a lot, and I think it best if I ask the "experts".

BlogHer has paid the best for me.  Also, using affiliate sites such as Logical Media are beneficial but you have to be careful not to break the rules that BlogHer has set in place.  I don't make a lot from my blog but enough to help out a bit.
