Hi Ladies,

This is a silly, silly question from someone who just started blogging. I'm trying to figure out the best way to optimize getting traffic into my blog, as well as building strong and productive friendships with other moms who blog. Is Technorati the best way to do that? Is adding people on blogrolls a better way? And for those of you who do Technorati--can someone give me the 5 sec explanation of what exactly it does and what I need to do to make it work?

Thank you, thank you!

I've been blogging for 2 years and I still don't get what Technorati is.  So I hope someone has a good answer!

Technorati is good if you are using your blog to earn money, it means high authority will give you higher ranking, then higher ranking gives you more opportunity to write reviews for whatever program you participating like, payperpost, sponsoredreviews, payingpost, etc..etc..and if someone search for something and your blog have a high authority, your blog will come up first on their result page.

Thanks! That helps a bit.
So it looks like if you just have a blog where the main purpose is writing (with no product reviews) it is less helpful?

Technorati?   No clue.   What I wish blogger would do is incorporate commentluv--that's something I could wrap my hands around.  Oh, and I've been blogging for just over a year, and still feel like a brand new newbie!

I've swear by technorati.  I've been a supporter of it since the beginning.

Comments are great, but there isn't a place out there that will rank someone according to how many comments you get.  Sorry about that.

If anyone would like to increase there technorati I can gladly link with anyone because it would help bring mine up higher.

Send me a email at candidcarrie@gmail.com and we can work something out very quickly by linking up.
