Hotel Housekeeper Caught

My adult girls took a trip recently. They stayed at a high end hotel. When my daughter went to take a shower she went to use her expensive electronic face scrubber brush. When she opened it, it was discolored (blue) and smelled of bathroom cleaner. She later approached the housekeeper and asked what she cleans the tub with. She showed my daughter. It was blue and smelled just like her face brush. She then asked her if she had cleaned their room. She not only confessed to being the one who cleaned the room, but also, that she had used the brush to clean the tub!

My girls filled out a complaint with the hotel and refused the pay the tab for their stay. The hotel, of course, apologized and agreed that they should not have to pay for their stay. I also think the brush should be replaced and some free vouchers for future stays! Gross don't you think?

Beyond Gross!  That is awful.  Why would any housekeeper do that?

  OMG!! What is wrong with people now a days!! Why would she do that?? Is she stupid or something? I would FOR SURE make them buy her a new one!!!

Yes, the hotel needs to replace the brush. Wow.
