I guess I could write about all 4 but I was kind of wondering what people would find interesting.  I think I'll start with the flu shot first and save the skin thing for when the weather gets a little cooler.  (It's 80 degrees here today and I'm just not feeling the dry winter skin thing right now. Wink)  OK, I'll do all 4.  Thanks!

I'd so go with the flu shot idea first since this is the time of year when people are starting to get their flu shots.  I am planning on getting one, so I'd love to hear some natural alternatives.
