I want to change the layout of my blog. I don't like the plain templates in blogger. I have seen so many nice blogs on blogger and I want to know where they get their layouts from. Help! Check out my blog- tell me if you like it and if you have any advice on where to find a nicer template- I would appreciate it! Thanks!

If you do a web search for "free blogger templates" you'll find tons that are free. Your other choice is to hire someone who makes the templates for a living.

Be sure and type in "blogger" as I have found the wordpress templates do not work in blogger.  At least I can't get them to work.
