My daughter had another outbreak as the ragweed allergen escalated.  I'm thoroughly convinced that her eczema is a reaction to something outside.  I'm treating it by increasing her probiotic intake, supplementing with DHEA, and moisturizing her skin frequently.  It seems to be working.  She still has some patches but they aren't as itchy as they have been in the past.  She is able to sleep and isn't scratching so hard that she breaks the skin.
