I would love some feedback - Do you guys think I need a blog redesign? I would like to go to a three column design but I was hoping to wait until I had more readers... but do you feel that my design is off putting to the people who do visit my site?

Any suggestions would be great? What do you like and dislike about my blog? Don't worry I can take it!
